Job hunting with a criminal background can present its own set of challenges. After all, you've had a run-in with the law, and not particularly a good one, at that! Know Your Rights
On a federation level, you will have what is known as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that offers some protection when you are applying with a criminal history. Depending on which city, county, or state you are in, you will have certain legal rights to aid you in your job-hunting efforts.
